Dr. Richard Blue Associational Missions Coordinator


Dr. Blue began serving at ELBA in October 2018. 

He has served as pastor in churches of various sizes across Louisiana.  He is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Vickie have four grown children and nine grandchildren. Dr. Blue is a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, loves the local church, and is a pastor to pastors. His hobbies are reading, yardwork, and being Papaw to the grandchildren.



Rev. Freddie Arnold Associate Associational Missions Coordinator

Freddie has served at ELBA since July 2008. Prior to that, he was a Minister of Education and an Associational Church Planter Strategist. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University and is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.



KaRetha Kelley Ministry Assistant

KaRetha began serving at ELBA in May 2011. She is a CEF leader, an Associational Christian Social Services Leader and has taught Sunday School in the past. After high school, she received training in many fields such as computers, professional writing, sales and service, Child Evangelism Training (she is a trainer), ACS Operator, Bible Study Fellowship and Christian Growth Study Plans.
